  • How Can I Sign Up?

    You can quickly complete your registration to BulutDisk using your email address and phone number, or with your Google account. This way, you can securely access our platform.

  • How can I access BulutDisk?

    You can access BulutDisk through your web browser, and through our mobile apps available on Google Play Store for Android devices, the App Store for iOS devices, and Huawei AppGallery for Huawei devices. This way, you can reach your data anytime, anywhere.

  • Is my data safe?

    Your data security is one of our top priorities. Your personal information and all files you upload are protected with advanced encryption technologies. Only you and the people you authorize can access your files.

  • Can I Use Extra Security?

    Of course. You can enable SMS verification and One-Time Password (OTP) verification features from your panel to enhance your account security.

  • How long is the Free Plan free for?
    • Our free plan offering 10 GB of storage space will continue to be offered free of charge forever.

  • Why Are Email and SMS Verification Required?

    We implement email and SMS verification procedures to protect the security of our platform and our users' accounts. This way, we aim to prevent malicious use and serve only real individuals.

  • What kind of content is not allowed?

    Hosting any content prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the BulutDisk platform is strictly forbidden.

  • If I upgrade my plan, can I switch back to the free plan later?

    Yes, you can return to the free plan at any time. However, if you exceed the storage quota of the free plan, you will need to delete the files that exceed the quota.

  • Can I cancel / delete my account?

    Yes, you can cancel your BulutDisk account at any time. To initiate the account closure process, go to the "Other Settings" tab in the Settings menu. When you initiate this process, all files associated with your BulutDisk account will be permanently deleted. Therefore, it is important to make sure you have a backup of the files you want to keep before closing your account.

    You can reactivate your account within 30 days after closing it. However, files deleted during this period cannot be recovered. At the end of 30 days, your account and all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
